舊網路大學平台將於115年9月16日正式關閉系統與服務

The old Cyber University platform will officially close its systems and services on September 16, 2026.

各位老師好：

因應 114 學年度起全面啟用「新網路大學平台」，舊網路大學平台（https://cu.nsysu.edu.tw/）原訂開放至 115（2026）年 8 月 1 日止。為配合各位老師新學期備課需求，舊網路大學平台將延長開放至 115 年 9 月 15 日止，並於 115 年 9 月 16 日正式關閉系統與服務。

敬請老師於 115 年 9 月 16 日前 完成舊平台所需資料之備份與下載。

相關協助與下載說明如下：

(一)大量教材下載協助服務：若您有大量下載教材之需求，請於115年9月10日前填寫申請表（雲端連結：https://reurl.cc/VW70MA），並將申請表 Email 至 elearn@mail.nsysu.edu.tw。管理者將協助批次下載檔案並提供給您，再由您自行上傳至新平台。

(二) 提醒老師，113學年度舊網大之課程教材，已於114年8月21日匯入新網大平台教師個別的資源庫中，並以113之課程名稱命名資料夾。另，因權限與系統架構限制，管理員能協助下載的，僅限於從各門課程中之教師環境上傳之教材檔案，放置於LCMS資源庫之檔案、公佈欄及學生作業等，僅能由老師自行下載。

Dear Teachers,

In response to the full implementation of the "New Online University Platform (elearn)" starting from the 114th academic year, the old Cyber University platform (https://cu.nsysu.edu.tw/) was originally scheduled to remain open until August 1, 2026.

To accommodate the lesson preparation needs of all teachers for the new semester, the old Cyber University platform will be extended until September 15, 2026, and the system and services will officially close on September 16, 2026.
Please ensure that you back up and download the necessary data from the old platform by September 16, 2026.

The relevant assistance and download instructions are as follows:

(1) Bulk Material Download Assistance Service: If you need to download a large amount of materials, please fill out the application form (cloud link: https://reurl.cc/VW70MA) by September 10, 2026, and email the application form to elearn@mail.nsysu.edu.tw. The administrator will assist in batch downloading the files and providing them to you, after which you can upload them to the new platform yourself.
(2) The course materials from the 113th academic year of the old Cyber University have been imported into the individual resource libraries of teachers on the new online university platform as of August 21, 2025. Please be reminded that due to permission and system architecture limitations, the administrator can only assist in downloading files uploaded by teachers in the course environments. Files, announcements, and student assignments placed in the LCMS resource library can only be downloaded by teachers themselves.
