Library Loan

Q1.The book that I wish to loan is under the [CHECK SHELF] state, but I could not find it on the shelf?

Ans:

1. Please make sure you are on the correct shelf for the book and search around the neighboring shelves.
2. The book might be held by others now or not on the shelf at the moment. So, please take a look around the study area, printing area, and book carriers.
3. If the book could not be found at those places, please come down to the 3rd-floor and search for it in the 'Sorting Room' near the gallery.
4. If the book still could not be found, please proceed to the small counter beside our circulation desk and fill in the book searching form. The librarian will help you to look for the book and will notify you of the result.
