Due to the changes in the epidemic, Announcement of Adjusting Circulation loan period from 2022/2/14.

Considering the changes in the epidemic and the needs of the readers,
starting from the beginning of the 2nd semester of the 110th Academic Year (2022/2/14),
the loan period and the number of renewals will be adjusted as follows:

  1. If items are reserved by others, the system will make a recall and the book must be returned within 14 days.
    Overdue materials are subject to late fees and borrowers are subject to the suspension of their borrowing privileges. 
  2. For items that have reached or exceeded the number of renewals, if the book is not reserved,
    you can bring the book to the 3F circulation desk for re-borrowing and re-calculation of the borrowing period and renewals.
  3. Readers who are unable to return the book or renew the loan on time due to home isolation can be dealt with leniently, but please inform us in advance by contact the email: cirlib@mail.nsysu.edu.tw
  4. Readers are encouraged to make use of a self-check machine, book-return box, and sterilization machine to check out and return books.
  5. Readers can pay the overdue fines by convenience store or ATM payment, please refer to the following steps:
    1. Payment: Please go to the Online Payment System, then the Department = “Office of Library and Information Service” and Item---Account No = “11KL1200---11KL1200”. Fill in the information and print out the payment slip. Payment can be made through a bank; convenience store or ATM transfer.
    2. Notification after payment: Fill in the overdue fine payment notification and upload the proof of payment for us to reconcile. If everything is correct, the system will send an e-mail notification to you (about two working days).
  6. If readers want to go through the graduation procedures, please refer to the above-mentioned method to pay the overdue fines. If there is any compensation for lost books, please send a mail to cirlib@mail.nsysu.edu.tw in order to assist in subsequent processing.
