Eligibility for Submission Discounts

Corresponding authors must be affiliated with NSYSU and register using their university email when submitting.
The accepted article date must be Jan. 1st 2025 – Dec. 31st 2025.

IEEE Fully OA Journal Lists

Only the 30 journals on the 2025 IEEE Fully OA list are eligible for funding; others are Hybrid OA and not covered. Check the 2025 IEEE Fully OA Journal List (see IEEE Article Processing Charges).
