Starting from 2023/02/08 (Wed.), faculty members and students are required to enter all library spaces with their faculty/student ID cards.

1.    In order to improve the security of the access control system and maintain the security of patrons' personal data, the library will upgrade the access control system and replace the hardware equipment.

2.    Students and faculty could swipe the student/faculty card or press the key to enter the main entrance on the third floor. However, due to the old machines, it is difficult to obtain repair parts during malfunction, and considering to prevent epidemics and reduce contact with infections, the keypad entry service will no longer be provided in the future.

Starting from February 8th (Wednesday), faculty and students are required to use their faculty/student ID cards to enter and exit the main entrance and Learning Commons on the third floor, also Study Hall and Learning Plaza on the first floor.

3.    Those who do not have a faculty/student ID card can use their smartphones to connect to the Digital Access System(https://enterlib-lis.nsysu.edu.tw/), log in with the Single Sign-on (SSO) system account, obtain a temporary access QR code, and scan the code to enter the library.

4.    Temporary QR codes are only used for admission, and patrons are still required to present their student/faculty ID card to borrow books or use the seminar space.
