 About SDGs

聯合國於2015年啟動「聯合國永續發展目標」（The Sustainable Development Goals，SDGs），依據《2030年永續發展議程》"The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development"，推動包含消除貧窮、優質教育、性別平等、氣候行動、保護和永續利用海洋資源等17項指標，引領全球共同朝向讓未來世界變得更美好的目標。本館精選館藏SDGs優質中西文電子書，邀請讀者上線閱讀，關注永續發展議題。

全球圖書館的國際領導組織「國際圖書館協會聯盟」（International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, IFLA）倡導圖書館為所有人努力提供有意義的資訊取得方式，被視為包容性、永續發展的重要合作夥伴。資訊取得是支持所有永續發展目標的跨領域議題，圖書館提供資訊和通訊技術 (ICT) 基礎設施，幫助人們培養有效使用資訊的能力，並保存資訊以確保後代持續取得資訊，為其服務的社區讀者提供了一個成熟、值得信賴的館藏資源。
