【113年度電子書暨資料庫使用情況與滿意度調查】

（二）活動時間：即日起至113年5月31日(五)，得獎名單預計於6月底前公布。

（三）參加對象：臺灣學術電子書暨資料庫聯盟(TAEBDC)成員館所屬78所機關學校，及全臺78所技專校院之教職員工生。

（四）活動辦法：

1. 連結線上滿意度問卷，完整填答者即可參加抽獎，每人限填一次。

2. 如有不實、資料不全或錯誤導致活動小組無法聯絡通知者，視同放棄得獎資格。

3. 主辦單位得保留更換等值獎品之權利，不另行告知。

(4) How to participate?

Step 1: Each person is limited to fill in only one time, and those who complete the questionnaire can participate in the lottery.

Step 2: After submitting the form, go to the mailbox and receive the code, and then share to friends who meet the specific qualifications, and ask the them submit and participate in this activity..

Step 3: If the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or we have trouble to contact with the participant, it will be forfeit of eligibility for the award.

Step 4: The organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes of equal value without further notice.
