📢舊網路大學平台教材搬移說明

各位老師好，

因114學年度全面啟用新網路大學平台，舊網路大學平台及資料預計保留至115（2026）年8月1日，有關協助教師轉移教材，分以下三階段進行：

一、第一階段：113學年度舊網大之課程教材，已於114年8月21日匯入新網大平台教師個別的資源庫中，並以113之課程名稱命名資料夾。

二、第二階段：114年9月3日至114年9月19日，協助教師個案申請下載113學年度以外之舊教材，並由管理者協助上傳至新平台後，由老師登入平台接收檔案。

1. 申請方式：下載並填寫雲端連結之excel申請表，email至 elearn@mail.nsysu.edu.tw

2. 教材之匯入期間預計為114年9月10日至114年9月24日，並依申請順序陸續處理。

三、第三階段：114年9月25日至115年7月31日，協助下載舊教材後由老師自行上傳至新平台。

1. 申請方式：下載並填寫雲端連結之excel申請表，email至 elearn@mail.nsysu.edu.tw

3. 管理者協助下載後，將檔案提供給老師，由老師自行上傳至新平台。

 

提醒老師，新平台之教材是跟著老師的資源庫，同樣的檔案不用因課程不同而多次上傳，

新平台也有課程複製之功能，老師可以多加利用。

📢本校新路大學平台 AI 功能點數，即日起開放教師申請！

 • 每位教師：200 點。

 • 分配方式：依申請先後順序審核通過後發放，一位教師（需有SSO帳號）僅能申請一次，數量有限，發完為止。

 • 申請成功後將於通知信件中提供操作手冊。

 • 分配後，若至114-1學期末（115年1月31日）仍有剩餘點數，將統一收回並重新分配，請老師們及早規劃使用。
