🎁Prize Redemption🎁

• Prize Redemption Period: November 10 – November 20, 2025 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Weekends excluded)
• Each stamp card can be redeemed only once.
• Redemption Location: Intelligent Operations Office, 4th Floor, Library
• Lucky Draw Information:
  1. Stamp Card Submission Period: November 3 – November 20, 2025
       (Drop your stamp card into the raffle box beside the 3rd floor circulation desk.)
  2.  Eligibility: Participants who collect 20 points, regardless of whether they redeemed a small gift.
  3.  Date: November 21, 2025 (9:00 a.m.)
  4.  Location: New Book Display Area, 4th Floor, Library
• Winner Announcement: The list of winners will be posted on the Library and Information Services webpage before 5:00 p.m. on November 19, 2025.
• Notification of awards: Winners will be notified via the email address registered in the library system.
• Prize Collection Details:
  1. Time: November 21 – November 28, 2025 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
  2. Method: Present your ID in person at the Intelligent Operations Office, 4th Floor, Library.
  3. Note: Winners under 18 must have parental consent and be accompanied by a legal guardian to collect the prize.
• Important Notes:
  1.  Each participant may win only once. Once awarded any prize, the winner forfeits eligibility for other prize draws.
  2.  Staff members of this office are not eligible to participate. Any violation discovered or reported will result in disqualification.
  3.  According to Taiwan's Income Tax Act, prizes valued over NT$1,000 must be declared as personal income (based on the market value). Winners must provide a copy of their ID for tax filing purposes.
  4. Winners must complete and submit the required documents. Refusal to provide such information will be regarded as forfeiting the prize without further notice or replacement.
  5.  The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interpret the event details. Any changes will be announced on the official website without prior notice.
