Account and Reminders
Proactively Manage Your Rights
We recommend that you regularly log into your library account to check your borrowing status. This helps safeguard your borrowing privileges and prevent suspension or overdue fines due to late returns.
Utilize Notifications
The system sends notifications via email. Please ensure that your email address is correct so you don’t miss important alerts. Emails serve as reminders only; the system records shall prevail.
ID Cards & Proxy
Personal ID Exclusive Use
Your ID card is for personal use only and must be kept safe. Borrowing, lending, or exchanging cards is a violation. Please avoid this offense.
Proxy Assistance
Books should be borrowed in person. If a proxy is needed, submit an authorization form and present your library card along with the proxy’s ID.
Environment & Order
Fair Seat Sharing
Please do not reserve seats in reading and study areas. If you leave your seat for more than 30 minutes, remember to take your belongings with you and leave the seat for those who need it.
Quality Space
No food, drink, or pets are allowed in the library. If you trigger the alarm upon exit, please cooperate with staff inspection.
Lockers are for temporary use during your visit. Please remove all items before leaving; unclaimed items will be discarded.
Valuing Collections & Compensation
Replacement (identical or newer edition) should be prioritized for lost items. Cash compensation is available only if replacement is not possible.
