Please bring your student ID/Staff ID and visit the 4th floor of the library - Knowledge Innovation Division office in person.

International students are additionally required to bring a copy of their passport or R.O.C.(Taiwan) Resident Certificate.

Notes:

• If the prize winner is under 18 years of age, the consent of a legal guardian is required, and the prize must be claimed by the legal guardian on behalf of the winner.
• Each participant is limited to one winning opportunity in this event. Once a prize has been won, the participant will lose eligibility to enter the draws for other prizes.
• According to the Income Tax Act, foreigners who have resided in Taiwan for less than 183 days in the current year (2025), regardless of the prize value, must include the prize in their annual individual income tax declaration (the taxable amount will be calculated based on the market value of the prize). A copy of the passport or R.O.C.(Taiwan) Resident Certificate must be submitted for tax filing purposes.
• Winners are required to complete and submit the required information as stipulated. If a prize winner is unwilling to provide the necessary information, it will be regarded as a forfeiture of eligibility. The prize will then be included in the next round of the draw.
• Winners must personally claim their prizes within the announced redemption period. Failure to do so within the deadline will be regarded as a forfeiture of eligibility, and no further notice will be given. The unclaimed prize will be included in the next round of the draw.
• For any matters not covered in this event, Office of Library and Information Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event and to interpret the relevant content. Any changes will be announced on the Office of Library and Information Services website without further notice.
