本校 TronClass 新網路大學 先前出現的系統異常狀況，目前已由廠商全數修復完畢，各項功能已全面恢復正常運作。

經與系統廠商核查，本次異常係因廠商執行弱點掃描作業時，未完整確認，導致無法登入。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Thank you for your patience. The technical difficulties previously affecting the TronClass (New Web University) platform have been completely resolved by the vendor. All features and services are now fully operational.

Upon investigation with the system vendor, the login issue was caused by a routine vulnerability scan executed by the vendor without complete prior verification, which unexpectedly interrupted the system's authentication service.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this disruption caused to your teaching and learning schedules, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you encounter any further issues while using the platform, please feel free to contact us.
