新網路大學帳號申請

本校教職員與學生請使用單一入口帳密登入新網路大學平台。如要修改個人資料，請參閱圖資處網站「常見問題－網路大學」

跨校選課生、校外聘任教師等校外人士如需使用新網路大學平台，請先進行帳號申請方能登入。

• 請系所協助填寫資訊服務申請表及網路大學帳號申請單並代為申請。
• 核章完成後請將資訊服務申請表及網路大學帳號申請單電子檔回傳新網大電子信箱，紙本請繳回至圖資處知識創新組。

表單填寫注意事項

• 資訊服務申請表

系所協助申請：申請人處請填寫系所承辦人員名稱，部門主管則為系所主管，申請人簽章處僅需簽核系所承辦人員即可。

其他：申請人簽章處請自行簽章後交由系所承辦簽章。

• 網路大學帳號申請單

無論申請幾個帳號皆須填寫，列印紙本後請於空白處核章，並與資訊服務申請表一同繳回圖資處知識創新組

Faculty members, staff, and students of the University are requested to log in to the new Online University platform using their Single Sign-On (SSO) account and password.
If you wish to update your personal information, please refer to the “Frequently Asked Questions – Online University” section on the Library and Information Services website.

For cross-institutional course students, externally appointed instructors, and other external users who need to access the new Online University platform, an account application is required prior to login.

🔗Account Application Method and Related Forms

• Please ask your department to assist in completing the Information Service Application Form and the Online University Account Application Form, and submit the application on your behalf.

• After all required signatures and stamps have been completed, please email the electronic copies of both forms to the Online University email address. The hard copies should be submitted to the Knowledge Innovation Division, Library and Information Services.

Department-assisted application:

Please enter the name of the department coordinator in the applicant field. The department head should be listed as the supervisor. Only the department coordinator’s signature/stamp is required in the applicant signature section.

Other applications:
Please sign and stamp the applicant signature section yourself before submitting the form to the department coordinator for further processing.

• Online University Account Application Form

Regardless of the number of accounts being applied for, this form must be completed. Please print the form, sign and stamp in the blank area, and submit it together with the Information Service Application Form to the Knowledge Innovation Division, Library and Information Services.
