It uses traditional and simplified Chinese as the core for comparison, providing services to compare Chinese academic materials with online Chinese and English materials, and can serve as a reference for plagiarism comparison of.

 

Usage:

• Faculty and staff: Single sign-on login.
• Student: Single sign-on (course selection system) account login.

Important Notes:

• The system comparison primarily focuses on Chinese/English text and cannot compare images, mathematical formulas, or other special (operational) symbols. It is recommended that you delete the aforementioned content before uploading your thesis to ensure a smooth comparison process.
• Supported formats: doc, docx, PDF (password-protected or encrypted files are not supported).
• The file character count must be within 120,000 characters.

Frequently Asked Questions:

(1) File upload related

Q1: Why did my file upload fail?

A: Please first check if the file meets the following three conditions.

　　1. The file is one of the following: doc, docx, or pdf.

　　2. The file is not password protected.

　　3. The file size does not exceed 5MB. If the file meets the above three conditions and still cannot be uploaded, please use the copy-paste upload method.

Q2: My file cannot be uploaded because it exceeds the word limit. What should I do?

A: If the word count exceeds the system limit, it is recommended to split it into two articles for upload.
 

(2) Comparison of relevant information
 

Q1: Can Kuaidao only compare Chinese?

A: The Quick Knife system can support multiple languages, including Chinese and English, and can accurately compare articles in different languages.

Q2: Why is there no comparison report after I uploaded my file?

A: After uploading the file, the system needs some time to perform the comparison. If you have entered your email information into the system, a comparison report notification will be sent to your inbox once the comparison is complete.

Q3: How long will the comparison take to complete?

A: After uploading the file and clicking to proceed with the comparison, it usually completes within 24 hours. If it happens to be the peak season, such as the end of the term, and there are large batches of data being uploaded at the same time, it may sometimes take more time. If there is an urgent need, it is recommended to upload the files as early as possible.

Q4: After uploading the report, the comparison icon didn't move, so I'm not sure if it's actually comparing.

A: As long as you submit the file, the system will automatically perform the comparison. Please be patient and wait for the comparison to be completed.

Q5: What should I do if I accidentally close the system after uploading a file?

A: As long as you confirm the file submission, the system will automatically run the comparison. You can close the system for now and log in with the same account later to check the comparison results once it's done.
 

(3) Related to the comparison report

Q1: Where can I find the comparison report after the article comparison is complete?

A: There is a comparison report in the left column of the system. Click the "Read Report" button to view the comparison report.
