Family Dependent 

Application Qualifications：

Family members of NSYSU's faculties and staffs.。

Application method：

1. After downloading and filling in the「Library Certificate Application Form」submit it to the 3rd floor service desk of the library.
2. A 1-inch photograph of the family dependent.

Use rights：

The amount of books the family dependent borrowed will be listed under the quota of the faculty/staff, the loaning period will be the same as well.
