灣plus(WANplus) Smart Assistant
服務簡介
「灣plus」是本校首次推出的Copilot Agent服務,協助師生與行政同仁快速取得校內資訊,並作為日常問題查詢與處理的輔助工具。透過整合校內資源與知識,提供更即時、便利的服務體驗。
目前提供的服務包含:
法規諮詢:協助檢索、解釋校內法規,並提供草擬建議
資安稽核:提供稽核相關問題解答與表件參考
圖資服務:回應圖書與資訊服務問題,包含圖書贈送、薦購與場地借用
論文初審:協助檢核博碩士論文格式是否符合規範
「灣plus」目前仍持續優化中,建議作為輔助工具使用;如需正式或精確回覆,仍請以相關單位說明為準。
Service Overview
“灣Plus” is the university’s first Copilot Agent service, designed to help faculty, staff, and students quickly access campus information and assist with everyday inquiries and tasks. By integrating campus resources and knowledge, 灣Plus provides a more convenient and responsive service experience.
Currently available services include:
- Regulation Consultation
Assists with searching and interpreting university regulations, and provides drafting suggestions. - Information Security Audit Support
Provides answers to audit-related questions and reference forms. - Library and Information Services
Responds to inquiries related to library and IT services, including book donations, purchase recommendations, and venue reservations. - Thesis Preliminary Review
Assists in checking whether master’s and doctoral thesis formatting complies with university requirements.
灣plus is still under continuous development and optimization. It is recommended to use the service as an auxiliary tool. For official or precise information, please refer to the relevant administrative unit.

一、 目前有本校M365帳號密碼即可登入Copilot並使用「灣plus」。

(一) 本服務背後使用的模型為生成式AI (GPT、Claude),其生成答案以參考為主,應以業務單位之說明為準。
(二) 本服務尚在持續發展更新中,可定時重新安裝,取得最新版本。
(三) 本服務相關諮詢請以電子郵件寄至soft@mail.nsysu.edu.tw。如有問題回報,請同時附加問題截圖畫面。
