Please make a reservation online before use! Log in using your SSO password/ID to proceed your reservation.

After making a reservation, please bring your student ID/service card to the seminar space at the reserved time to enter using the card!

Please make an appointment according to the time you wish to use. If the person does not arrive, a violation record of the appointment will be generated.

 Discussion Room

• Provide faculty, staff and students for teaching or seminars, calculated in hours, up to 4 hours can be reserved.

• Each discussion room is registered in accordance with the minimum number of borrowers

  • In the small discussion room, at least 2 people are required to register for an appointment, and all registrants must have logged in to the system.

  • For large discussion rooms, at least 5 people are required to register for an appointment, and all registrants must have logged in to the system.

  • The registrant needs to activate all the library cards (2/5) together with the card. During the period of use, the card must be used for entry and exit.

• If for some reason it cannot be used within the reserved time, one of the reservation registrants should cancel the reservation 30 minutes before the scheduled use.

• If you fail to report within 15 minutes of the borrowed time, the system will automatically release the space.

 Daily Study Carrel

• For personal study and academic use, the research room can only borrow on the day and the next day, and the borrowing is limited to one day.

• Teachers, researchers, graduate students, and university students above the fourth grade can make an appointment to use it.

 Long Term Study Carrel

• It is for personal study and academic use, and the long-term research room is open for appointment 60 days in advance.

• A single person can make reservations for up to 14 days at the same time. The reservation can be divided into three times. If there are no two consecutive days, the space will be released.

• Teachers, researchers, and graduate students can make appointments for use.
